Protection comes from the unique Built With Kevlar®, single layer monofleece construction. This effectively means that the Kevlar is woven into the cotton fleece and dyed black to match, eliminating the extra bulk you get when separately lining the pants internally.

Internally, there is industry leading D3O CE Level 1 Ghost armour at the hips and knees that is barley noticeable and can be removed if required. All the major outseams have also been safety stitched and pass CE Level AA burst test standard.

Large thigh cargo pockets along with front and rear pockets provide plenty of storage to help carry your everyday items.

The fit is relaxed with a slight tapper at the lower leg for a fashionable look. An elasticated waistband and drawcord for refined fitment rounds out these casual motorcycle riding sweatpants

Merlin Repton motorcycle joggers have been rigorously and independently tested for abrasion, burst and impact resistance to achieve CE Class AA certification under the new European PPE motorcycle gear standard EN17092-3-2020.
