Visited the Epping store today. Fantastic customer service. Got help finding a helmet and guidance in finding better fitting protective gear. Super helpful giving me recommendations. Ended up purchasing some Knox elbow guards and they are really comfy and a simple solution to not having armour in the right position wearing standard jackets.
My first purchase with Riders Line. A Revit! Nitric 4 H2O waterproof over jacket and a pair of Revit! Sand 4 H2O waterproof gloves. The sizing description of both items were spot on. The Revit! Nitric size M fits perfectly over my Rjay size M textile jacket. Damian at Riders Line is a pleasure to deal with and I recommend the sales service to anyone contemplating purchasing in store or online.

Wandered in to the store today to check out the Black Pup Moto Winter gauntlets. Left with a pair in distressed leather brown, and also discovered a treasure trove of other riding wear. When it's time for a new jacket, I'll be back to try a few.
A great start to 2024: on the arvo of New Years Day I did an online order for the REV'IT Eclipse 2 mesh pants and hip pads to match the jacket purchased in 2021. The next day Damian had the package at Aus Post and I received it at 7am the following morning - only 40 hours after placing the order on a public holiday!

I picked up a set the new Mahala jacket and pants as well as a pair of Revit Sand H2O gloves which Damian recommended for my midwinter Great Ocean Road trip and I couldn't be more impressed with the comfort, fit, and waterproofing.
The weather on the trip went from 5 degrees to 25, and quite a few heavy showers but the Mahala gear and Revit gloves handled it all perfectly. The gloves are deceptively warm despite being thin and comfortable.
I made the three hour round trip and purchased a pair of REV'IT Dominator 3 GTX gloves and a pair of REV'IT Sand 4 gloves. Very impressed with the wide range of stock, array of sizes for trying on but even more impressed with Damian's customer service, attention to detail and guidance on what to look for in quality garments. Thank you, will definitely be back for the Dominator Pro jacket.
Great service and superfast delivery. I ordered a new Riding jacket and pants and they were delivered the next day before noon to my doorstep in Sydney. Twice this year I've made the 600km round-trip to buy a heap of stuff at Riders Line. Damian's product knowledge, fair-dinkum customer service, and range of products has won me over. Riders Line is now my go-to destination for motorbike apparel. I've checked the websites and phoned the outlets of the supermarket-style outlets, and they can't match Riders Line where it matters: getting the right advice and price on the right product in a timely manner. Bought TCX boots online after asking advice on the phone. Arrived at my home in less than 24 hours! Found they were a little too snug, so took them in and exchanged for a perfect fitting pair the next day. Also got to try on and compare gloves, and picked up a great pair. Appreciate the service and advice given by Damien, as a lot of time and travel wasted with other motorcycle gear stores across Melbourne. A great place to go if you need to try on different sizes and styles of gear to make good choices.

I ordered the REV'IT eclipse jacket in silver and it was a bit snug. The sizing was accurate on the website, but as a woman buying a men's jacket, it's hard to get the hips right.
I'm a large woman, I'll admit it, about a size 20ish.
I contacted Riders Line by phone and they organised for me to return it for a larger size. The shipping was so fast and the support was fantastic!!!
I've always been a bit worried about buying this kind of item online, but I'm so glad I did. They had the size and the colour and the range I was looking for and their return policy is really great.
I purchased the REVIT Eclipse Mesh jacket and the 4XL was the best sizing for me.
It's so cool to wear, the light colour is fantastic, it's hard finding a summer jacket that isn't black. It has armour in the shoulder and elbows, fabric in the places that will really matter in a skid and mesh everywhere else to keep the air flowing.
I added my own back support.
