30 Days Money Back Return or Exchange Policy

We play fair at Riders Line and you can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of purchase.

Common Sense Terms And Conditions:

Products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included or attached.

Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection). The plastic bag protects the item from being scuffed by the postage packaging. Please do not use shopping bags as apparel items will take on the smell of the food that was in them.

Once your return is received and inspected by Riders Line (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Clearance items can only be return for exchange or store credit)

Any shipping and/or gift wrapping cost associated with your original order will not be refunded.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Riders Line.

Riders Line takes no responsibility for any items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and will need to be returned to Riders Line in Melbourne.

Clearance Items

Any items marked as "Clearance" can only be returned for exchange or store credit and must still meet the Riders Line common sense terms and condition as outlined above. So please choose wisely and contact us if you are unsure of sizing.

Return For Exchanges

If it's just an exchange your're after simply create a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from the order history of your Riders Line account. Include the return slip and send your incorrect items back and we will send out the exchange item when we receive the returned product(s) back. If you checked out as a guest please convert your guest order details into an account to access out speedy return. 

Australian residents only will have their exchange item sent out free of charge. International orders will require additional postage payment for exchanged items to be sent.

Order Cancellations

If you elect to cancel an order before being shipped we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee that covers our processing time and lost merchant fees.

Used Or Damaged Merchandise

Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your apparel items on indoors before heading out on the bike.

Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Gumtree, eBay and online forums are excellent resources if you have a used item you do not want that can no longer be returned to Riders Line.

Crew Cash Store Credit And Refunds

If you elect to return an item from which you earned Crew Cash store credit, the amount of Crew Cash earned from the returned item will be cancelled and deducted from your Crew Cash account balance once we process your return. If this Crew Cash has already been used, we will deduct the equivalent amount from the total credited to your original payment method.

Gifts And Promotional Items

Any free gifts that were issued as part of a direct promotion for the item you wish to return must also be returned with the order. If the free gift(s) are not return we will deduct the equivalent supplier recommended retail price (RRP) from the total credited to your original payment method.
