STANDARD DELIVERY AU

We offer FREE standard delivery within Australia on orders over $50 using Aust Post Parcel Post. Door to door parcel tracking is provided by email and SMS. In stock items are dispatched same day when ordered before 3PM AEST.

Delivery usually takes between 1 to 4 working days for metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Regional area usually take an extra 1 to 2 working days.

Deliveries to Western Australia, FNQ and NT usually take between 4 to 7 days.

 EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY AU

With our next day delivery option, orders placed before 3pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be delivered the next working day to addresses within the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Network where all items are in stock. Where a lead time is specified on an item (e.g. 2 working days), the entire order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post has suspended their Next Day Delivery Guarantee. Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for your delivery, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard and can take up to 5 business days to be delivered due to congestion in the DC network.

We ship all international orders using DHL Express World Wide. International shipping rates are available at the checkout summary page. A DHL tracking number and URL will be provided once order is set to shipped. All international orders requires signature on delivery. We are unable to ship the following brands outside of Australia: REV'IT!

NOTE: The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
